Skill Requirements:
* Task/Project Management
* Advanced Excel for data analysis, coordinating projects, planning and reporting
* Logical problem solving
* Detailed understanding of PV Mounting product & engineering principles
Responsibilities:
* Product management coordination with HQ teams for PLM and EOL
* Manage the development and product release
* Manage local testing and certification
* Technical Support for Post Sales, Quality assurance
* Improve support tools and information access
* Track all activities on iCare and portal
KPIs:
* Reduce COGS by Product optimization, PLM, EOL
* Reduce post sales tech support calls
* Increase AI tech support efficiency
* Reduce GTM lead time
* Reduce post-GTM issues
* Strategic improvement actions completed
Required qualifiations or experiences:
* Master's or Bachelor degree Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
* Has at least 2 years of of relevant industry experience.
