Leading business based in Banyo requires an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer to join their team.
The role is managing a range of tasks including collections, banking and allocations, reconciliations and query resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Banking and Allocation of Payments
* Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy
* Generate and issue invoices and statements
* Follow up on outstanding payments - Collection calls
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing queries
About You:
* Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or collections
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* Clear and confident communication skills
