We are currently seeking Aquaculture Attendants – Farm Hands for various positions including full-time, casual and Leadership roles. Whether you are looking for an entry-level position or a more experienced role, we are eager to find passionate and motivated individuals to assist in the day-to-day operations of our aquaculture farms. These positions are available within our Production facilities situated in Griffith and surrounding, with immediate start possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily operations across the farm, including feeding, monitoring, and managing fish populations.
* Support in maintaining farm facilities, tools, and equipment.
* Help with the harvesting and processing of fish for market.
* Ensure farm safety standards and environmental protocols are followed.
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational goals.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience in animal husbandry is preferred, though training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* A "can-do" attitude and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to work weekends and extended hours during peak season.
* A valid driver's license is essential.
* Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
* Chem Cert (desirable but not essential).
