TSV Automotive is growing, and we're looking for someone with drive, curiosity and a natural flair for customer service to join our premium brands team as a Finance and Insurance Cadet. This is a rare development opportunity to learn from experienced F&I professionals while working across some of the most prestigious marques in North Queensland.
About the Role
As our F&I Cadet, you'll be trained to support the Finance and Insurance process for brands such as Land Rover, DENZA, GMSV and other premium offerings within our group. You'll learn how to:
* Prepare finance applications and supporting documents
* Present finance and protection products to clients in a clear and compliant way
* Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless buying experience
* Maintain accurate records, follow strict compliance standards and manage multiple deals at once
* Build strong customer relationships based on trust, professionalism and tailored solutions
This is a hands‑on learning role with clear pathways into a full Finance & Insurance Manager position for the right person.
What We're Looking For
You don't need automotive experience yet, but you do need:
* A genuine interest in finance, insurance and the automotive industry
* Strong communication skills and a confident, customer‑focused approach
* High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
* Solid computer skills and the ability to pick up systems quickly
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior leaders
* The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage deadlines
Previous experience in hospitality, banking, retail, sales or customer service will be highly regarded.
