Fire Safety Manager Job Description
JLL seeks a highly skilled Fire Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing fire safety programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures for multiple sites across different cities and countries.
2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
3. Provide training and guidance to site teams on fire safety protocols and procedures.
4. Collaborate with the Client HSSE team to create and deliver emergency response plans and standard operating procedures.
5. Lead all emergency-related activities, including training operations, support staff, and contractors, and monitoring their activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing fire & life safety programs/ EHS in a similar environment.
* International and regional certifications in EHS, fire safety, and sustainability are preferred.
* Demonstrated leadership skills to lead and coordinate teams in multiple sites across different cities and countries.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
