They currently require a Centre Manager to lead the operations of a recently developed, high-performing neighbourhood shopping centre in regional NSW, located in a strong growth corridor just outside the greater Sydney metro area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly for the property owner, take full ownership of the centre, and join a business committed to long-term asset performance and community connection. The Role: Budgeting and forecasting for the centre, under the guidance of an Asset Manager Building strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders Initiating and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and retailers Identifying casual and pop-up leasing opportunities Financial management, including reporting and achieving performance targets Identifying opportunities for operational and cost efficiencies Overseeing day-to-day maintenance and repairs Managing contractors and service providers The Candidate: Previous experience in a shopping centre management team (Retail or Admin Managers encouraged to apply!)
