As a Supply Chain Analyst, you help keep the KFC engine running. Your work ensures our restaurants stay stocked, our teams stay confident, and our customers get the crispy, craveable food they love, every single day.
By identifying risks early, maintaining strong supplier partnerships, and keeping the numbers sharp, you help prevent disruptions and keep product flowing nationwide. Your insights strengthen planning, improve availability, and support big moments like promotions and new product launches.
ABOUT YOU
* Relevant Tertiary qualification highly regarded.
* QSR industry or equivalent experience highly regarded.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers, stores, franchisees and internal departments.
* Strong Analytical, Excel, Business Intelligence and PowerPoint skills.
* Organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
* Sound negotiating, influencing and presentation skills.
* Can thrive in a fast-paced environment, deal with multiple conflicting priorities & respond quickly.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST
Supply Monitoring & Risk Management
* Track stock levels, supplier production schedules, inbound deliveries, and Distribution Centre (DC) performance.
* Identify risks early and escalate if required e.g. shortages, over-supply, and delays.
* Monitor restaurant and DC consumption trends e.g. promotions, weather, events, and regional behavior.
Supply Allocation & Flow Management
* Support allocation planning to ensure optimal stock flow across the network.
* Maintain allocation tools and reporting to minimize out-of-stock risk.
* Review outbound DC performance and recommend flow adjustments based on consumption or promotional spikes.
Supplier Coordination & Performance Support
* Build strong working relationships with suppliers to maintain reliable, high-quality inbound supply.
* Participate in supplier check-ins to review production plans, forecasts, and performance.
* Track supplier KPIs e.g. fill rate, OTIF, lead time accuracy, and overall reliability.
* Provide timely forecast updates, demand insights, and escalation support during supply challenges.
* Contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective action plans.
* Maintain accurate supplier data, documentation, and governance records.
Promotional & Cross-Functional Support
* Support promotional readiness and execution across KFC's promotional calendar.
* Provide historical promo data and insights to guide forecasting and risk assessment.
* Assist with new product launches, supplier onboarding, and coordination with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and QA.
Reporting & Analytics
* Prepare dashboards and reports covering stock positions, forecast variances, allocations, and promotional impacts.
* Analyze trends to identify performance improvements and efficiency opportunities.
* Maintain accurate data across systems, planning tools, and reporting environments.
