We are seeking a talented Digital and Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is a creative and diverse individual who can take ownership of key digital and traditional marketing initiatives, with a focus on B2B campaigns, content creation, and campaign optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* B2B Digital Marketing: Develop, optimise, and analyse B2B campaigns, using data to improve performance
* Website: Regularly update and maintain website content, including product listings, images, and promotional materials
* Visual Content Creation: Create videos, print materials, and EDMs
* Campaign Management: Manage Google Ads, Pinterest, and Meta Ads campaigns
* CRM & Marketing Tools: Work with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Google Analytics and SEO experience highly regarded
* EDM & E-commerce: Plan and execute EDMs, manage mailing lists, and support e-commerce initiatives using Mail Chimp
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B marketing and campaign optimisation
* Strong proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign, and Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin); Mailchimp, Wordpress, Microsoft Office Suite:
* Bonus points for experience with SEO, analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics) or CRM's like Hubspot:
* Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable using data to optimise campaigns and improve results
* Ownership & Accountability: Take responsibility for your tasks and deliverables
* Communication & Teamwork: Strong communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
* Hands-On: Comfortable handling products, building displays, and managing stock
