About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll guide customers through our exciting vehicle range, managing the entire sales journey — from first enquiry to final delivery. You'll build lasting relationships, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the continued success of Pickerings Dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Manage the complete sales process: enquiry, test drive, negotiation, and delivery.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients.
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and standards.

What You Will Bring:

* A current QLD Driver's Licence.

Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential for a candidate who demonstrates exceptional potential and a strong commitment to learning.
