Your new role
As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate insurance accounts. This role is reporting to the Account Director, and you will deliver high-quality service and advice, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across all client interactions.
* Manage a defined portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring all servicing requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
* Prepare and process client questionnaires, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to renewal or new business placement.
* Handle all aspects of policy administration including endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and documentation, maintaining detailed addendum notes and audit trails.
* Coordinate premium funding arrangements and debtor follow-ups, ensuring timely invoicing and financial accuracy across multi-location policies.
* Liaise with insurers to organise risk surveys and ensure completion of any recommendations or risk improvements.
* Maintain and update renewal pre-lists, ensuring all compliance and internal policy requirements are met.
* Provide tailored product advice across a range of classes including ISR, Business Interruption, Liability, Cyber, Marine Transit, and Motor fleet.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, surveyors, funders, and other stakeholders to support client outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance broking, ideally within corporate or commercial lines.
* Tier-1 broking qualification is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Winbeat, OfficeTech, Sunrise, SVU, SCTP is highly regarded.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
