Job Description:
We're seeking a visionary AI leader to drive strategic AI initiatives and solutions at scale across the Retail Banking domain. You'll lead high-impact work focused on delivering robust Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities, shaping the future of customer engagement, business intelligence, and innovation at scale.
Your Responsibilities:
* Drive the strategic design and delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI systems that transform banking services.
* Architect and implement Deep Learning models to drive predictive analytics, personalisation, and operational excellence.
* Lead and coach teams to uplift the overall outcomes on data science and modelling initiatives and capabilities across Retail Banking Services.
* Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to embed AI into key decision-making.
Requirements:
* Leadership and Vision: Proven ability to lead high-performing, multidisciplinary Data Science and Gen AI teams.
* Technical Excellence in Gen AI and Agentic AI: Deep Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI tools, Tooling Mastery, Version Control & CI/CD, Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture.
