About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Officer to support governance and regulatory compliance at Secom Technical Services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work. You will work closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager and senior leadership to maintain compliance registers, coordinate documentation, and support governance processes.
This role offers the chance to build valuable experience in compliance and governance while working in a professional, highly regulated environment supporting Defence, Government and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Governance Support
* Maintain the central SPARC project register, action logs and milestone tracking
• Maintain registers of licences, accreditations and regulatory obligations
• Assist with governance documentation including policies and procedures
Documentation & Records Management
* Prepare and maintain company policies and compliance documentation
• Ensure structured filing and version control of corporate records
• Maintain records of agreements and compliance documentation
Restructure & Compliance Project Support
* Assist with the organisation-wide restructure and ABN transition project
• Support preparation of novation deeds and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate communications with clients, suppliers and internal teams
Data & Systems Coordination
* Work with HR, Finance and IT to update systems with new entity and ABN information
• Conduct data validation and quality checks across systems and databases
• Maintain contact databases for clients, suppliers and partners
