Program Lead Indigenous Access
The role of Program Lead Indigenous Access presents a unique opportunity to lead and mentor staff in building stronger connections, healthier communities, and culturally safe services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of indigenous programs across various sectors
* Oversee the development and execution of service delivery outcomes
* Strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, community members, and Elders
* Contribute to culturally sensitive and person-centred services
* Ensure services align with community needs and national reform priorities
Requirements
* A relevant qualification in Health, Social Sciences, or a related field
* Demonstrated experience in program leadership, especially within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander contexts
* Cultural knowledge and the ability to communicate sensitively with First Nations peoples
* Experience managing stakeholder partnerships, team performance, and service delivery outcomes
* Commitment to cultural safety, continuous improvement, and positive workplace culture

* National Police Check & Working with Children Check
* A current driver's licence (preferred)
