The Role:
You will work alongside Diana, a experienced florist with more than 20 years of industry experience, to create stunning floral arrangements and enhance the beauty of every occasion. This role requires a proactive sales attitude to not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and arrange floral displays that captivate and delight our customers.
Assist customers in selecting flowers, containers, ribbons, and other accessories.
Manage inventory and ensure the shop is abundantly filled with fresh flowers.
Handle point-of-sale transactions and ensure a smooth checkout process.
Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop.
Requirements:
Proven experience in floristry, with a minimum of two years in the industry.
Solid sales skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
A creative eye for design and attention to detail.
Excellent team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
