Reporting to the Store Manager, the Casual Sales Assistant will work with the team to provide exceptional service and support the team in the day to day running of the store.
Core Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences to our shoppers.
* Support VM changes as requested by the Store Manager.
* Resolve customer concerns proactively, consistently and professionally.
Candidates will have demonstrated experience in customer service and achieving KPI's. Candidates will have a flexible approach and will be diligent self-starter, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role.
Candidates should have availability to cover key trading periods including late evenings and weekends.
