The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 5+ years of construction experience in commercial/residential construction
* A QBCC Open Builders License
* Advanced knowledge of construction management processes means and methods.
* Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
* Outstanding communication skills
* Ability to plan for large-scale, multi-step projects & be well organized
* Must have strong leadership skills
* Able to work within company policies & procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation
* Trade qualified and a strong understanding of construction techniques
* All-rounders who are solution-focused and looking to develop their careers
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
* Providing supervision, coordination, and leadership to all trades and labour
* Ensure Occupational Health and Safety is adhered to
* Regularly communicate with the PM
* Keep to the expected quality standardwithin agreed timeframes.
