* Develop high-level and detailed functional/non-functional requirements.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Federal/State government projects, strong technical writing and documentation skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, industry-recognized Business Analyst Certification, and experience delivering solutions aligned with legislative changes.
