Job Title: IT Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to education stakeholders, ensuring user requirements and operational deadlines are met.

About the Role:
* Provide technical support to education stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Deliver high-quality and professional second to third level technical support to meet service level agreements.
* Contribute to positive student learning and staff teaching experiences by supporting the implementation of personal computing environments and Unified Communications Service.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring service requests are completed within prescribed service levels and agreed priorities for delivery of quality service outcomes.
2. Contributing to successful project outcomes by accurately documenting resolution of reported incidents, service requests, and project tasks within the Service Management Software.
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge and skills with Windows operating systems.
* Advanced knowledge and skills of O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with Active Directory.
* Experience with Service Now or ITIL ticketing system.
* Experience with MECM / SCCM.
* Network troubleshooting.
* AUDIO VISUAL TROUBLESHOOTING.
* Ability to travel to remote sites.
