We're seeking a
Graphic Designer with strong multimedia skills
to create engaging, on-brand content across digital and print channels.
Working across the full creative lifecycle, you'll deliver campaigns from concept through to execution, producing digital ads, web assets, video, photography, packaging, and motion graphics. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who enjoys variety, collaboration, and taking ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
* Concept-to-Execution:
Develop creative ideas and deliver high-impact digital ads and campaigns for social media, display, and cross-platform media.
* Multimedia Content Creation:
Direct, shoot and edit video (in studio and in field), record webinars, and produce motion graphics.
* Digital Asset Design:
Create engaging designs for use in emails, websites, apps, and digital platforms that are responsive, user centric, and on brand.
* UI Design:
Design clean, functional and visually appealing interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile, considering UX best practices.
* Print & Layout Design:
Format complex technical data and content for professional presentation in print and digital formats.
* A.I. Integration:
Use advanced creative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva Magic Studio) to streamline production and spark innovation.
* Brand Development:
Contribute to visual identity and brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
* Preferred:
Deliver 3D design or motion graphics using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
Selection Criteria
Key Skills and experience required
* Bachelor's Degree in Design, Multimedia, Communication Arts, or similar.
* 3–5 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary design role.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Experience in video production, editing, and photography.
* Proven video editing and post production experience.
* Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
* Digital-first mindset with UI/UX awareness.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret briefs, manage projects, and deliver under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (preferred).
* 3D animation or industrial design experience.
* Email and app UI/UX design knowledge or experience with responsive design principles.
* Familiarity with AI tools used in design and content production.
* Brand strategy or identity development experience.
