We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in energy market settlements, LGC trading, asset management, and project finance administration within the Australian energy sector. The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience working with AEMO, managing O&M contractors, reporting to stakeholders, and administering project finance loan agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Energy Market & Regulatory Compliance

Manage interactions with AEMO from an energy market settlement perspective.

Ensure compliance with market regulations and settlement processes.

Oversee the trading and management of Large-scale Generation Certificates (LGCs).

Monitor and optimize revenue streams from environmental certificates.

3. Operations & Asset Management

Manage relationships with O&M contractors, ensuring optimal asset performance and contract compliance.

Oversee operational reporting and ensure adherence to performance metrics.

4. Financial Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Prepare and deliver reports to shareholders, investors, and lenders on financial and operational performance.

Maintain transparency and accuracy in financial disclosures.

5. Project Finance Administration

Administer project finance loan agreements, ensuring compliance with lender requirements.

Conduct Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) testing and covenant testing.

Manage and execute loan repayments to banks in accordance with financing agreements.

6. Stakeholder & Contractual Management

Liaise with contractors, energy market operators (AEMO), lenders, and internal teams.

Administer project finance agreements, including Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) testing and loan covenant compliance.

Ensure accurate and timely loan repayments to banks.

As new projects come online, take on additional assets within the company's growing renewable energy portfolio.

Support due diligence and transition processes for new asset acquisitions.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience in the Australian energy market, particularly in energy settlements and trading.

Strong understanding of AEMO market processes, LGC trading, and O&M contract management.

Experience in project finance, including DSCR testing, covenant compliance, and loan administration.

Proven ability to communicate with and report to stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with renewable energy assets (solar, wind, battery storage, etc.).

Background in corporate finance, investment banking, or energy asset management.

Familiarity with Australian regulatory frameworks (NER, AEMC, etc.).
