Working Arrangement:
12-hour rotation shift (4 on, 4 off - 2 days / 2 nights - 6 am-6 pm / 6 pm-6 am)

About the Role:
Provide oversight over the team performing preventative maintenance and complex repairs within a Data Center.
Manage, plan, and coordinate workload, deadlines, and daily activities of support team members.
Conduct daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
Ensure environmental conditions promote a safe work environment.
Assist staff with maintenance tasks as needed.
Review meter readings and present findings to management.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Develop and implement work processes, risk assessments, and SOPs.
Complete required training and develop new methods for task efficiency.
Lead by example, influence stakeholders, and contribute to operational improvements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 5-8 years relevant experience; trade licenses required.
Certificate III - Electrical & Valid Electrical License.
Driver's license.
Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and climbing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
