We are seeking passionate, service-driven individuals to join our team across a range of Front Office and Guest Service positions - available in full-time, part-time, and casual capacities, including Front Office Hosts, Guest Service Agents, and Night Auditors.
Whether greeting guests with warmth and professionalism at the start of their stay or ensuring quiet excellence through the night, you will play a vital role in shaping every guest experience.
Your Role
As part of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest's journey is seamless, comfortable, and memorable.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional, personalised service with warmth and precision.
* Managing the guest experience from arrival through to departure, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
* Assisting with group bookings, guest enquiries, and front office administration.
* Supporting overnight hotel operations, including daily auditing and revenue reporting (for Night Audit positions).
* Maintaining guest safety, privacy, and satisfaction always.
* Contributing to team sales initiatives and upholding service standards that reflect our reputation for excellence.

* Professional, polished, and confident in all guest interactions.
* Composed under pressure, with strong multitasking and communication skills.
* Passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
* Impeccably presented, with pride in your personal appearance and work ethic.
* Flexible and reliable, with availability to work across a rotating roster - including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts where required.
* Experienced in Front Office or hotel operations (desirable but not essential).
* Familiar with Hotel PMS systems and comfortable navigating technology in a service setting.
