We have an opportunity for a Finance/IT Analyst to work with the integration team for our Land Lease Communities (LLC) business.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will involve working with the LLC integration team to migrate data from current financial systems into SAP and to assist with a new system delivery. You will also assist in establishing best practice financial management and compliance along with a strong customer centric focus and service environment.
**Key Responsibilities Will Include**
- Review and cleanse data from current systems to ensure active transactions are converted
- Mapping of data fields to ensure correct and compliant reporting
- Extract Data from Dynamics F&O and CRM systems and help transform data for trial conversion into SAP and SalesForce systems
- Validation and reconciliation of data
- Work with team to understand and rectify any data failures
- Assist with user acceptance testing as required
- Calculate and upload journals in line with current accounting policies into SAP
- Validate Trial Balance values in SAP & Dynamics
- Support the preparation of ad-hoc management reports and analysis, as part of the reporting process
- Provide inputs for and review monthly reporting, financial reporting, forecasts, budgets or similar tasks
- Assist with the AnaPlan development feasibility, transforming and validating data from multiple sources
- Review key account reconciliations to ensure relevant accounting standards are being followed
- Ensure compliance with audit, tax and other regulations including HS&E
**About You**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications (CA/CPA accreditations beneficial)
- Experience in financial management in a similar role
- Knowledge of SAP, Dynamics F&O or CRM systems is beneficial
- Strong systems and analytical skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel and data mapping
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Knowledge of forecasting and accounting principles
- Strong communication skills with customer focused approach and ability to build and maintain relationships
