About Us:
Are you passionate about helping people and interested in starting a career in health services? We're looking for a friendly and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Renmark, proudly part of the Scaffidi Group.
This is the perfect role if you want to build a rewarding career in pharmacy – no prior experience needed, just a caring attitude and willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting customers with their health and product needs
* Liaising with patients and doctors' clinics
* Managing patient bookings and administration
* Supporting ongoing patient care and monitoring
* Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
* Assisting with stock control, ordering and presentation
* Helping patients trial and understand CPAP equipment
* Maintaining and cleaning CPAP machines after trials
* Supporting sleep data analysis and sales of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories
What we're looking for:
* A caring, customer-first attitude
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Professional, organised and detail-oriented
* Computer literate and confident learning new systems
* A reliable team player who can also work independently
* Experience with CPAP therapy (not essential, but a bonus)
