This is an on-site role, with part-time working arrangements considered.Reporting to the Cyber Security Manager, the Systems Administrator will assist in designing and managing ICT security systems and infrastructures on the Nulka program.Key responsibilities include:Assist in ensuring the classified project environment and its management infrastructure meet current performance, reliability, and security requirementsPlan, design, and implement classified project environment subsystems, utilizing best practices to develop, test, evaluate, and install enhancements and new systems that meet architectural, customer, and business needsApply security patches to applications and keep cybersecurity documentation up to datePackage, deliver, and support applications within the classified environment, ensuring compliance with frameworksSupport network security infrastructure, including SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint security, firewalls, IPS, and device control technologies across platformsProvide technical advice and support to the business and customers, responding to issues and faultsAssist in developing security accreditation documentationIdentify process improvements to optimize service delivery and reduce costsAbout YOUExtensive experience as a Systems Administrator or in ICT, including Windows 2022, Windows 11, VMware vSphere, HorizonStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and practicesKnowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISM, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and their enterprise applicationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationCurrent NV2 Australian Defence security clearanceEligibility for ITAR regulations clearanceWe encourage candidates who may not meet all criteria to still apply, as we value potential and growth.About USYou will join a workplace that values your wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.
