This is your chance to start an exciting journey in the Early Years Sector—while earning your qualification on the job!
You'll learn from the best while gaining hands‐on experience in a warm, supportive, and engaging childcare environment. Under the guidance of experienced early childhood professionals, you will:
* Support the day‐to‐day operations of the centre
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and enriching learning environment
* Assist in planning fun, educational experiences
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the team
* Grow your confidence as an emerging educator
This traineeship is designed to empower you with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to become a confident and qualified Early Childhood Educator.
You won't be on this journey alone! You'll be guided every step of the way by our passionate Education Leader/ECT and Centre Director. With personalised mentoring, ongoing support, and a genuine focus on your learning, you'll thrive as you work toward your Diploma qualification.

About you
You will bring with you:
* Cert III of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
* Current First Aid CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (if not current this is to be obtained within the first 3 months of employment)
* Current Working with Children Check.
