Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a Customer Experience Specialist role. This position is responsible for managing leads, handling online car sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
1. Manage and qualify leads for appointment bookings and support digital sales through EDM, phone, and web channels.
2. Handle online car sales, ensuring smooth management of deposits, contracts, trade-ins, finance, and delivery.
3. Provide top-notch customer service, resolving queries and escalations in a timely manner.
4. Host virtual product demos and assist with finance and insurance quotes.
5. Maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems like Salesforce and DMS.
6. Collaborate with in-store teams to ensure seamless handovers and appointments.
