Your New Role

The Club Coordinator manages the day‐to‐day operations and financial performance of the member services team and club product offerings. The role is accountable for the development and delivery of all club product offerings to ensure a professional standard of supervision, training and service is always maintained. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading the team to provide a quality experience to all clients and members, delivering exceptional customer service, sales and administration. The role leads, manages and trains the team to ensure day‐to‐day operations of the club are of the highest standard and strives to achieve sales targets. About You

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Certificate IV in fitness (desirable)
• Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs across a range of activity areas
• Outstanding and proven leadership skills, able to demonstrate an understanding of different leadership styles

Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
