The Club Coordinator manages the day‐to‐day operations and financial performance of the member services team and club product offerings. The role is accountable for the development and delivery of all club product offerings to ensure a professional standard of supervision, training and service is always maintained. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading the team to provide a quality experience to all clients and members, delivering exceptional customer service, sales and administration. The role leads, manages and trains the team to ensure day‐to‐day operations of the club are of the highest standard and strives to achieve sales targets.
