Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team in the Ovens-Murray region, where they will deliver high-quality legal services and play a key role in strengthening access to justice for communities across north-east Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional legal services: Provide expert advice and representation in criminal law matters, as well as family violence and intervention order cases.
* Leadership and mentorship: Supervise and support junior lawyers, contributing to team capability and growth.
* Court appearances: Represent clients in complex matters before the Magistrates' Court and Children's Court.
* Community engagement: Foster strong relationships with local courts, agencies, and community partners.
