Your Role As the ServiceNow Development Manager, you’ll lead the design and delivery of scalable, intuitive, and enterprise-grade solutions across the ServiceNow platform. You’ll be the go-to expert for frontend development, Service Catalogue creation, and module configuration—ensuring every digital interaction is efficient and accessible. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Service Catalogue items, custom applications, and workflows. Design responsive, accessible user interfaces aligned with UX/UI best practices. Configure enterprise-wide ServiceNow modules and integrate with third-party systems. Lead and mentor a small team of developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure platform performance, compliance, and documentation standards. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Technical Expertise Over three years of ServiceNow development experience. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow UI frameworks. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting tools. Familiarity with ITIL processes. Qualifications IT qualifications and ServiceNow certifications are highly regarded. ACT Government CMTEDD Baseline clearance required. Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
