About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to support the property management team through leasing activities, administration duties and customer service across a growing rental portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will include :
* Attending inspections and hosting open homes
* Coordinating leasing enquiries, applications and agreements
* Supporting the team with general administration and office tasks
* Providing high-quality customer service to tenants and landlords
* Ensuring documentation and records are completed accurately
About You
* Previous experience in real estate
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented manner
* Availability to work Saturdays, with a rostered day off during the week
* A genuine interest in building a long-term real estate career
