We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team. As a Health Safety Environment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well-being of employees, contractors and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and maintain effective HSE policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess HSE risks and opportunities.
* Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSE matters.
* Investigate incidents and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certified IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
* Minimum 12 months experience in an HSE role within the construction industry
* Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
* Strong understanding of latest OHS legislation and regulations
