About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Manager to lead digital transformation and oversee IT operations in a global corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, IT infrastructure expertise, cybersecurity knowledge, and cloud computing proficiency to ensure seamless technology management.
Basic Education Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Business Administration (with IT specialization)
- Related technical fields
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
PMP (Project Management Skilled)
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications
CCNA/CCNP (Cisco)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems globally.
Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and governance frameworks.
Lead and manage IT teams, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.
Maintain and upgrade software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection strategies.
Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement.
Ensure compliance with global IT regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
Drive automation, digital transformation, and emerging technology adoption.
