The Opportunity

This is more than just a sales role. It's an opportunity to work with iconic, high-end automotive brands, build genuine relationships with customers, and be part of an inclusive, high-performing team that values your contribution.

You'll work alongside a small group of passionate professionals who live and breathe BMW, MINI and Motorrad – helping customers discover the vehicle that perfectly fits their lifestyle, family and personal circumstances.

As Sales Consultant, you will:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service

Present, demonstrate and sell a range of new and used luxury vehicles

Build long-term customer relationships and maintain strong follow-up processes

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the dealership

Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with brand training

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for customer service and delivering outstanding experiences

Thrives in a results-driven environment with a willingness to learn

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills and is genuinely comfortable engaging with people

Is motivated, organised, and committed to personal and professional growth

Confidence working with modern technology, digital tools and sales processes

Ideally has previous sales experience (automotive experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Perhaps you have a customer service or retail sales background)

Availability to work a 5-day working week (Monday to Saturday), with Saturdays on a rotating roster
