Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Deliver recovery-oriented mental health services to consumers
* Provide assessment, intervention, and care coordination
* Partner with consumers, carers, and community services to achieve optimal outcomes
* Advocate for consumer rights and wellbeing
* Contribute to quality improvement and service development
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
* Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist, or eligibility to be a member of the AASW
* Demonstrated skills in mental health and discipline-specific assessments and interventions
* Demonstrated understanding and ability to work within a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer competence and literacy, including the use of database systems
