Service Manager – Offender Intervention & Family Support
Full‐time (1.0 FTE) permanent position based in East Perth.
Salary: $137,592 per annum + 12% superannuation + salary packaging, with additional benefits.
Connect & Respect is a statewide, court‐mandated behaviour‐change programme delivering evidence‐based interventions for individuals who use violence in families and communities. It contributes to Anglicare WA's integrated response to family, domestic and sexual violence.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Connect & Respect programme.
* Ensure high‐quality service delivery and achievement of contractual outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal leaders, funding bodies, and sector partners to strengthen and evolve service responses.
* Identify emerging opportunities in areas of knowledge and expertise.
* Support the development of integrated justice and specialist service initiatives aligned to organisational priorities.
* Contribute to innovative justice and family‐violence service responses.
* Strengthen integrated offender intervention and victim‐survivor support systems across WA.
Qualifications
* Tertiary degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminology or counselling with eligibility for professional registration.
* Demonstrated experience delivering integrated FDV interventions, including perpetrator behaviour change and victim‐survivor support responses.
* Experience managing criminogenic prison and community‐based behaviour‐change programmes, including rolling groups, closed groups and court‐mandated service delivery.
* Proven experience managing staff performance, recruitment, onboarding, supervision, development and handling of performance or conduct issues.
* Experience delivering mandated community services, including men's behaviour‐change programmes within a family and domestic‐violence context.
* Strong understanding of victim support, perpetrator accountability frameworks and coordinated system‐based responses to FDV.
* Ability to manage competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
* Experience managing multiple programme budgets and overseeing contract performance and compliance.
* Demonstrated expertise preparing and contributing to tender grants and funding applications.
* Well‐developed knowledge of the community services sector, including government and not‐for‐profit organisations.
* Innovative and flexible thinking.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, WA Working with Children's Check, WA Driver's Licence and be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Justice Contractor Security Clearance.
