Kitchen Manager & Front of House Manager
We are looking for a passionate cook / Kitchen Manager to be a strong driver of our purpose-built burger & beer restaurant. We are a vibrant and unique brand that is very different from the generic brands and has a strong focus on quality, handmade food, sourced from local suppliers, prepared fresh in-store daily.

Responsibilities :
* In-store training of kitchen staff to adapt kitchen standards and procedures
* Strong and professional communication and leadership skills on all levels
* Ability to work well under pressure and stay calm during peak service periods
* Overseeing stock levels, daily ordering, stock rotation, and weekly stocktaking
* Ensuring compliance with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety legislation / guidelines
* Following recommended guidelines to ensure recipes are being followed
* Understanding and adapting ordering to maintain sustainable food expenses
* Maintaining a well-presented kitchen brigade in an open and vibrant kitchen
* Being a hands-on cook willing to lead by example
* Embracing monthly specials, providing input, and submitting relevant ideas to head office
* Building strong relationships with local foodservice and supply partners
* Working with state-of-the-art docket systems and order processes (Bumpit and Lightspeed)
* Being an engaged leader with a positive attitude and using constructive feedback to run a tight operation
