Job Description:

* Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure adherence to quality standards and profitability targets.
* Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project progress.
* Conduct regular progress meetings and communicate project updates to clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, specialising in the commercial fit out and refurbishment market, with a strong knowledge of commercial construction methodologies and industry best practices.
