The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of large-scale performance campaigns across a global iGaming brand.
This role is perfect for someone looking to move from agency into a true ownership role - or for someone already in-house who's craving bigger budgets, faster pace, and the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.
You'll be joining at a pivotal moment: a newly backed business with strong foundations, fresh investment, and a clear mandate to scale.
What You'll Do:
* Own and scale high-budget paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other key acquisition channels
* Drive performance with a relentless focus on ROI, revenue growth, and efficiency
* Continuously test, optimise, and scale campaigns - moving fast and doubling down on what works
* Build and refine conversion-focused funnels that deliver real commercial outcomes
* Collaborate closely with creative, data, and leadership teams to maximise performance
* Identify new channels, audience opportunities, and growth levers
* Stay ahead of trends across iGaming, crypto, and performance marketing landscapes
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns with strong commercial results
* Deep expertise across Meta and Google Ads (essential)
* A performance-first mindset - highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially focused
* Confidence operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with autonomy
* Strong decision-making skills and the ability to act quickly on data
* Experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, or other high-risk verticals (highly regarded)
* Programmatic experience (a bonus, not essential)
