As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in a specified region through support initiatives including hiring, training, performance management, and sales leadership development.
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $200,000 per year.
Assist Sales and District Managers with hiring, training, and performance management, ensuring adherence to the Champion playbook.
Support sales operations and perform field training with factory reps.
Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and implement performance plans.
Lead sales meetings and develop sales strategies.
Maintain expertise on Champion products and financing options.
Monitor competitive activity and develop sales methods.
Require at least three years of field sales experience in home sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ability to manage a large sales team.
Strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel 75% of the time.
