It's all about you You will primarily be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and two Lawyers in the Employment, Safety and People team. Your varied day will include, but not be limited to: diary management and arranging appointments management of client files, opening and closing files and filing of correspondence arranging travel and coordinating meetings end of month billing and reports drafting and typing of correspondence, digital dictation and proof reading of documents assisting with preparing materials for presentations and/or conferences client liaison and general administrative tasks Skills and experience we'd love advanced MS Office and document production skills at least two years previous experience as Legal Assistant display excellent client service skills have the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team environment be well organised and have 'loads of initiative' Let's talk!
