This role involves providing exceptional service to customers by ensuring that our technicians possess the necessary skills, knowledge, tools, equipment, and processes to perform their duties effectively in the field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the performance of our technicians meets key indicators.
About the Role
You will report to the Electrical Supervisor and Branch Manager based out of our Bunbury Fire division. Your primary focus will be on leading and organizing a team of up to 8 fire technicians, providing them with the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for managing material levels, ensuring inventory is at optimal levels, and overseeing training and professional growth for team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and organizational management to a team of up to 8 fire technicians.
* Ensure the performance of the team meets key indicators.
* Manage workload and responsibilities across the field service team.
* Manage material levels and ensure correct inventory levels.
* Responsible for team and individual training and professional growth.
* Provide excellent customer service as a first point of contact for clients on site.
