We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pathology Collector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact in the healthcare sector.
As a Pathology Collector, you will be responsible for collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients with care and attention. You will also maintain accurate records of each patient and sample, ensuring that documentation is delivered within strict turnaround times. Your duties will include preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing, as well as liaising with various stakeholders such as customers, clinic staff, and couriers.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy and understanding of patient needs. You must be organised, with strong time management and attention to detail, and able to work autonomously at times. A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics are also essential requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess attributes and skills such as demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy/Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a healthcare background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organisational skills with ability to work independently, a valid Driver's license, and flexibility to work across multiple clinics.
