Working in close partnership with Chief Investigators, research teams and community stakeholders, you will lead complex project planning and delivery in a highly collaborative, purpose‐driven environment where research excellence and cultural respect go hand in hand.**Key responsibilities will include:*** Leading end-to-end project management across complex, multi‐modal research initiatives, including planning, sequencing, milestones and delivery.* Coordinating internal resources and stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines and outcomes are achieved.* Managing financial resources, budgets and reporting in line with research project plans and University policies.* Contributing to continuous improvement in research management systems, quality assurance and governance in collaboration with senior researchers.# **About You**You are an experienced and values‐driven project manager who thrives in complex research environments and brings a collaborative, people‐centred approach to your work. You will bring:* Postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate study, with extensive experience in research or project management; or an undergraduate degree with substantial relevant experience and training.* Demonstrated experience managing research projects in multidisciplinary environments, ideally within tertiary education or clinical research settings.* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior researchers, industry partners and community representatives.* Proven capability in financial and resource management, including budget oversight and reporting.* Experience working with, and for, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is highly regarded.# **About UQ**As part of the UQ community, you will work alongside some of the brightest minds from around the world, united by a shared purpose to create positive change.
