We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our agency partnerships, drive growth opportunities and support agencies in delivering differentiated value to their clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and cultivating meaningful relationships with senior leadership layers of the agency, creating strategic partnership plans and executing commercial deal strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and cultivate meaningful C-level relationships with senior leadership layers of the agency.
* Create and regularly expand stakeholder maps, functional rhythms of business and execute strategic partnership plans.
* Hold accountability for orchestrating and executing commercial deal strategies for Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.
* Drive agency adoption and diversification of investment across our full Microsoft ecosystem, including Search, Display, Video, Gaming, AdTech and Data Collaboration solutions.
* Develop holistic partnership frameworks and conceptualize scaled investments and best practices across global markets.
* Partner closely with Sales leaders across Performance Solutions, Media & AdTech Solutions, Gaming & Experiences to align strategy and commercial deal development.
Qualifications Required:
* 12+ years' experience in digital media sales/service with a focus on agencies required.
* Proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with agency leaders, possessing high degree of executive maturity, integrity and accountability.
* Experience in orchestrating complex commercial and trading partnerships with Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies, Experience in nurturing AdTech, Martech and data-driven partnerships alongside media activation.
* Organizational agility/savvy to lead across functions, markets and segments, and drive scaled programs across multiple geographies and towards multiple local or one global client goal.
* Consistently demonstrates 'growth mindset', embracing continuous learning, challenging status quo, being brave, owning failures and rapidly iterating.
