Cleveland Sands Tavern is looking for an energetic and hands‐on Duty Manager to join our leadership team. As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day‐to‐day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and motivating front‐of‐house teams across the venue
* Managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
* Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns
* Supporting team development, coaching, and performance
* Maintaining compliance with RSA, RSG, gaming, and venue procedures
* Managing cash handling, reporting, and venue security processes
* Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational excellence
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader role within hospitality
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
* Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Current RSA and RSG certifications (QLD)
* Gaming experience highly regarded
