We are an independently owned business powered by 180 team members across offices in Melbourne and Sydney, and we are looking for more talent to fuel our next phase of growth.We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Melbourne-based IT coordinator to join our business and start or continue their career in IT/hardware support.ResponsibilitiesSet up and provide onsite technical support for MacBooks, Windows PCs, and peripheral devices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS, Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and other business applications.Support user account management in Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Exchange.Maintain and update all relevant documentation; IT asset inventory, troubleshooting steps, user guides.Support cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection and secure configurations.
Focusing on managing Sophos firewalls and email protection systems.Skills & QualificationsProven experience or professional training in IT support or desktop support role.Solid knowledge of macOS and MacBook hardware troubleshooting.Familiarity with Windows 10/11 support and configuration.Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Understanding of Azure AD.Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and provide high-quality customer service.Why work with us?
