We're hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a well-established desk spanning NSW Government, Universities and the Not-for-Profit sector, three markets that value long-term relationships, quality delivery and genuine commercial partnership.
This is a role for someone who knows their recruitment craft and wants to use it in sectors that impact and a desk with growth.

What you'll own
* Your own 360 portfolio across Government, University and NFP clients
* Mid–senior recruitment across corporate services, finance and leadership
* Long-term stakeholder management and strategic client development
* Market insights, talent advisory and execution of end-to‑end search assignments
What you'll bring
* Strong recruitment experience (agency) with proven delivery
* Ability to manage complex briefs and diverse stakeholders
* Commercial agility combined with a values‑driven approach
* Confidence operating in environments that expect professionalism, quality conversations and genuine partnership
