About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Relations Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest arrivals and lobby hosting, providing assistance and support to the Reception and Switchboard teams, and rotating across locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a seamless arrival experience
* Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling and feedback management
* Rotate across locations as required and oversee the day-to-day functions
* Coordinate same day catering, audio visual and equipment requirements requested by clients
* Manage MRBS bookings, cancellations and amendments
* Support Guest Relations Executives with administrative duties and project work
* Provide leadership support in the absence of Guest Relations Executive/Manager
* Ensure strict compliance with client/company WHS policies
Requirements
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Personal presentation is excellent
* Experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment or Event Management
* Administrative skills in Word, Power point, Zoom, Excel and Outlook
