About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our close-knit, high-performing team.
Your day will include:
* Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Overseeing a well-maintained property portfolio
* Multiple VAs for in-office support and leasing assistant
* Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
* Wellness hub
* Managing compliance requirements with attention to detail
* Representing the agency at networking events
About you:
* Proven experience in property management - 1 year
* Current QLD Real Estate Licence and driver's licence
* Motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Professional presentation and confident demeanour
* Able to work independently while being a valued team player
